Contour’s temperature controlled Quality Lab is equipped with several pieces of state of the art equipment including:

1 X Hexagon Global S Green 7.10.7 CMM with measuring range 27.56” x 39.37” x 25.98” equipped with motorized probe head, scanning probe and automatic Styli changer

1 X Keyence Vision System 3D Optical Profilometer VR-6000 Series with High-precision 3D measurement of an entire surface in as little as 1 second to Capture full surface data with 0.1 μm resolution and capability to measure roughness parameters, such as Ra and Rz, to JIS and ISO standards with a measurement area up to 11.81" × 5.91" × 2.76"

1 X Fowler GageMaster R14 Optical Comparator with 14" screen for high accuracy non-contact measurement and inspection with a large 7" x 3.9 measuring range with 25x magnification lens with 0.5 micron resolution.

1 X Hexagon Absolute Roamer Arm CMM 8520 7-Axis arm RS6 laser scanner
